• Not as Committed: If the model, dimensions, condition, or appearance differs from what was committed by our team, you can decline and return the product immediately with the delivery staff.
• Fit & Space Check: If the appliance or bed does not fit through your staircase or intended doorway, our team will safely take it back.
• Zero Advance Required: Because RentLow collects rental charges only after doorstep setup and physical inspection, you pay absolutely ₹0 if you return the item on delivery.
• Zero Cancellation Penalties: No return fee, no restocking deduction, and no delivery penalty.

You never have to pay for third-party technicians or worry about maintenance bills during your subscription:

• Prompt 24–48h Response: Once you notify our support team about any cooling issue, pump malfunction, motor sound, or electrical glitch, a certified service technician visits your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.
• Zero Service Cost: All repair visits, diagnostic tests, and replacement components are 100% free of charge throughout your active tenure.

If a faulty unit cannot be serviced promptly at your home or develops recurring issues:

• Immediate Exchange: RentLow immediately replaces the faulty unit with an identical or superior mint-condition unit at zero extra charge.
• Coordinated Single-Visit Swap: Our logistics crew collects the faulty appliance and installs the fresh replacement in one seamless visit so your household routine is never disrupted.

• Free Doorstep Pickup: When your subscription ends, schedule a pickup. We arrange pickup with zero transport fees.
• Instant Deposit Refund: If you paid a refundable security deposit at the start, it is refunded instantly on the spot via UPI or Cash as soon as the technician completes the handover.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Standard usage signs are completely acceptable and never subject to unfair deductions.
